Stenger Rechtsanwälte advises UniCredit Bank AG and BayernLB in relation to the €70 million financing of two solar parks with 55 MW located in Jocksdorf, Brandenburg
UniCredit Bank AG and BayernLB have made available a € 70 million financing of two out of three subareas of the solar park Jocksdorf in Brandenburg.
With a total capacity of 83 MWp and investments of 120 million euros, the solar power plant Jocksdorf is regarded as one of the largest solar parks in Europe. The Investment company AB Unternehmensberatung und Beteiligungsgesellschaft acquired the power plant consisting of three legally and financially independent subprojects in summer 2012. The park was connected to the grid already at the end of 2012. For the financed subprojects with a total capacity of 55 MW, UniCredit Bank AG and BayernLB provided a financing of 70 million euros for a term of 18 years.
The finance parties were advised by Stenger Rechtsanwälte including in relation to the legal due diligence and the negotiating of all project agreements as well as the drafting and negotiation of all finance documents.
